Too bad that for 5 bucks I’ve got a watered down coffee instead of an Americano.

Friendly and attentive service. Able to prepare food for a hospital visit I needed to make. Drinks were perfectly brewed and done. Very pleasurable experience.

I've never had bad customer service here before but I won't be going back. The woman told me they weren't serving food at this location but I'm confused because they used to serve food here because I work in the mall myself. I got her name and time she was working and location so I'm going to report her.

It was surprising to find a full Starbucks in a Macy's but it did not disappoint! The drinks were some of the best Starbucks I've had. The staff were personable and friendly. The service was a little slow compared to other locations, but that's probably due to how busy they were (there were about 6-8 people getting drinks at a time). I will make it apart of my First Colony Mall stops!
